What Would You Like to Know?

 

Q: Is your work guaranteed and are you insured? 

A: Yes, all our work is carried out to the highest standards and is fully guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. And yes, we are fully insured.

Q: Do you have a minimum job size or price?

A: No. We undertake to provide a wide ranging service covering all aspects of painting and decorating. No job is too big or too small.

Q: If we have a problem will you return promptly to correct it?

A: Yes of course. We understand that it can be frustrating for clients who have paid for a job and then find that the contractor is too busy to return promptly should a problem arise. Jersey is a small island and our reputation depends on client satisfaction and word of mouth.

Q: After completion how soon is payment due?

A: This would be discussed prior to commencement of the works. But as a rough guide for residential work payment would normally be made within seven days, whereas larger commercial contracts could require stage payments depending on the size of the job.

​

Q: How quickly can you commence work after a quotation has been accepted?

A: We will always try to fit in with a client’s requirements and, being a large company, we generally have the resources and flexiblity to ensure that operatives can commence on site given reasonable notice.
